Under the aegis of Palavi Charitable Trust, our Panchayat Raj Training Centre is dedicated to empowering local self-governments and rural communities. We conduct training programs for Gram Panchayat members, Sarpanchs, women representatives, and rural youth regarding government schemes, leadership development, and digital literacy. We are looking for passionate individuals who want to drive change at the grassroots level.
What We Are Looking For:
Trainers / Domain Experts: Individuals with thorough knowledge of the Panchayat Raj system, rural development policies, and government schemes, who can deliver engaging training sessions.
Project Coordinators: Personnel capable of planning, organizing, and managing training camps and coordinating with local authorities.
Digital Literacy Assistants: Tech-savvy individuals to train rural citizens on digital tools, online services, and basic computer skills.
Field Mobilizers: Resourceful individuals who can connect with villagers, understand their needs, and motivate them to participate in training programs.
Preferred Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Social Work (BSW/MSW), Rural Development, or relevant field experience. Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of rural dynamics.
